Cooking School

Stancija 1904 is widely-renowned for its cooking schools. Based on an authentic Istrian cuisine, the menu features home-made herb bread baked in a bread-oven, handmade pasta with truffles, asparagus, mushrooms and various meat sauces, maneštra, Istrian soup and traditional desserts thematically divided into four seasons, equally covering the “blue” and “green” cuisine and following the principle of using only seasonal ingredients.

The second rule of the cooking school is the use of locally-grown products offered by small Istrian producers.
